What you share, and what happens to it.

This site collects information only when you choose to send it. That means the contact form, the home-value request, the relocation guide request, the partner inquiry, and the market-notes subscription.

Depending on the form, the fields are your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message — plus context you select, such as the town you're asking about or your timeline. Nothing is required beyond a way to reach you and enough detail for Julie to answer.

Your submission is used to answer you. Julie reads inquiries herself and replies by phone, text, or email, usually the same business day.

To serve you well, your inquiry may also be shared with other team members, employees, or agents at Bean Group and eXp Realty who need to know the details — for example, to coordinate a showing, cover a meeting, or bring in a specialist for a particular town or property type.

Every mailing includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask Julie to remove you directly.

Your information is not sold. It is not rented, traded, or handed to a lead-buying network. You will not be routed into an automated call rotation.

General inquiries may be shared within Bean Group and eXp Realty to coordinate a response, and out-of-market inquiries may be referred to another agent who can help. Partner inquiries from agents are treated as confidential and are not shared with your current brokerage.

A small number of service providers necessarily touch data in order for the site to work: the hosting and database platform that stores form submissions, the email service that delivers replies and the market notes, and the chat widget if you start a conversation through it. They process the information on Julie's behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Real estate transactions involve other parties by nature — a brokerage, a lender, an attorney, an inspector, a title company. When a transaction is underway, information is shared with those parties as needed to do the work, and Julie will tell you who is involved.

If your request is outside the Seacoast and southern Maine markets, or if Julie's schedule or specialty isn't the right fit, she may refer your inquiry to another agent or team who can serve you better. When that happens, only the information needed to make a warm introduction is passed along.

This site uses only what it needs to function and to understand which pages are useful. It does not run advertising retargeting pixels, and it does not build a profile of you across other websites. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.

Inquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the conversation they started, and longer where real estate recordkeeping rules require it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask Julie to delete your information at any time.

You can ask what information is on file, ask for a correction, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion. Send the request through the contact form and Julie will handle it personally.

This site is intended for adults engaging in real estate transactions and is not directed to children under 13.

If practices change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried.
